Holiday Closing
The East Lyme Aquatic & Fitness Center will be closed Saturday, July 4th and Sunday, July 5th for the Independence Day holiday. The center will reopen at its normal time on Monday, July 6th.
Summer 2009 Diving Program
The East Lyme Aquatic & Fitness Center are now accepting applications for its Summer 2009 Diving program. The program will involve six sessions held on Sundays from June 28th through August 9th from 11:00 am until noon. The fee is $76 for center members and $96 for non-members. Registration Form.
Summer 2009 Parents/Tot Swim Lesson Program
The East Lyme Aquatic & Fitness Center are now accepting applications for its Summer 2009 Parent/Tot Swim Lessons program. The program will involve six sessions for children ages six months to three years. It will be held on Saturdays from July 11th through August 15th from 9:30 am until 10:00 am. Stroke and Advanced Stroke School Summer Session

Adult Swim Lessons
The East Lyme Aquatic and Fitness Center is now accepting registrations for adult swim lessons. The classes start May 16, 2009, but applicants can start anytime. The fee is $54 for members and $66 for non-members per session
Classes are 30 minutes in length on Saturday from 7:30 am until 8:00 am and meet once per week for 6 weeks unless noted otherwise. For information on these and other programs call 860-691-4681.
Summer Swim Lessons Program

Thames Aquatic Club (TAC) membership registration
The Thames Aquatic Club (TAC) is accepting registration for its Developmental Team, Advanced and Elite Swim Team.These programs are for ages 5 and up.
Practices begin April 13 and continue all year. Athletes participating in a spring sport may join at the completion of their sport season at a prorated rate.
TAC is an affiliate of USA Swimming. Information and registration forms can be picked up at the East Lyme Aquatic & Fitness Center lobby, by calling 691-4681 or by visiting our web site at www.tacswim.org.
Thames Aquatic Club is a cooperative effort between two of the longest, continuously operating swim clubs in Eastern Connecticut; Nutmeg Swim Team and Camel Swim Club.
East Lyme Masters Swim Program
The East Lyme Masters Swim Program has begun. A swimming program for individuals desiring to participate in US Masters competition, however, all adult swimmers over 18 are welcome to participate. Supervised by an on-deck coach who develops and coordinates daily workouts and training agendas.
