
East Lyme All-Star Summer Sports School

Registration is now open for boys and girls ages 6 to 12 to participate in the East Lyme Summer Sports Camp. The camp will run from June 30th to August 1st, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. For an additional fee your child can be dropped off as early as 7:30 a.m. and picked up as late as 4:30 p.m.
Activities
This summer, the All-Star Sports program will provide instruction in baseball/softball, swimming, project adventure/group games, soccer, basketball, and track and field.
Camp director is Jack Biggs.
Mr. Biggs has a Bachelors of Science degree in Education and Health. He has 7 years teaching experience and is currently the Assistant Athletic Director of East Lyme High School. Mr. Biggs is also the head coach of the East Lyme High School Women's Volleyball team and assistant coach of the school's baseball team. He also has an instructor's certificate in First Aid and CPR.
Coaches and Instructors
The Summer Sports School's coaches and instructors will be High School varsity coaches, and top collegiate and high school athletes. They will be First Aid and CPR certified, and have attended an instructor training seminar.

Enrollment is limited to 100 students. Deadline for completed applications is June 25, 2007.
